  • Do I need multiple estimates in BC?

    No. Under ICBC's process, you don't need two or three quotes. Choose the shop you trust, submit your estimate here, and we handle the rest.

  • How long does an estimate take?

    Estimate requests are reviewed within one business day, often the same day. If you'd rather come in, call ahead or visit during our posted shop hours (Mon–Fri 7:30 am – 5:30 pm). No appointment is needed for an estimate.

  • What if the damage is worse than the first details show?

    It happens. Hidden damage is common after a collision. We'll tell you right away with a written supplement, walk you through what changed and why, and get ICBC approval before any additional work begins.
