  • Do I need multiple estimates in BC?

    No. Under ICBC's process, you don't need two or three quotes. Choose the shop you trust, submit your estimate here, and we handle the rest.

  • How long does an estimate take?

    Photo estimates are reviewed within one business day, often same day. If you'd rather come in, drop by any weekday between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm — no appointment needed for an estimate.

  • What if the damage is worse than the photos show?

    It happens — hidden damage is common after a collision. We'll tell you right away with a written supplement, walk you through what changed and why, and get ICBC approval before any additional work begins.
