Here's exactly what's happening at each stage of your repair.
- Your damage has been assessed and a written estimate prepared. If it's an ICBC claim, we've submitted it and are waiting for adjuster approval before we order parts.
- Your vehicle is with our certified technicians. Depending on the damage, this covers structural straightening, panel work, and surface prep. We've ordered genuine OEM parts — some arrive next day, some take a few days. We'll move the moment they're in.
- Our paint team is matching and applying your factory colour using computer-matched mixing. This is one of the longer stages — rushing it shows, and we won't.
- Before your car leaves the shop, a senior technician checks every repair — including ADAS sensor recalibration and a final paint review. Modern vehicles require this step; we never skip it.
- Your vehicle has been detailed, washed, and is waiting for you. We'll call you to confirm pickup time and go over any warranty documentation.
